Enlarged Cooling Design:
Adopts highly efficient fin-type cooler with large heat exchanging areas and high cooling efficiency, providing a surplus of 30% more heat exchange. It can normally operate under the environment temperature at 45 degrees.
The Multi-Range System Intelligent, Automatic PLC Controller:
The controller monitors operating parameters and warning alarms as needed. It offers multi-language capabilities with a backlit digital display that constantly reports on all conditions: Incoming Power Capacity, Load and Running Hours, Fault Warning/Alarm Conditions; it also measures the time to maintenance which includes under or over current, overpressure, underselecting temperature or secondary protection through thermal overload protection. The RS485 communication interface enables linking multiple compressors for different modes of master-to output configuration base load changeover and plant control.
Air Inlet Control System:
The new type inlet valve has an adjustable range, between 0% to 100%, to control the flow rate and stabilize its movement. It is made from famous brands that guarantee safety.
